Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly rolling. Cancel any time before the next billing date. No penalty. Your child has a 14-day cooling-off right from the date of first payment.
What if they miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and available immediately after it ends. Missing a live session does not mean missing the content. Full term recordings are available throughout the subscription.
How do we pay?
EFT to our South African business account. An invoice is provided each month. Debit order is available on request. No international payment methods are required.
